Registration Information and Forms
Once again, there will be NO Registration Weekend! Instead, we are asking every returning family to complete the "2011-12 Family Registration Form" ONLINE and submit it to us by clicking the "Send" button at the bottom of the page.
If you are registering a new student, please also complete the"New Student Permanent Record Form" and submit it by clicking the "Send" button at the bottom of the page. Also, if you are new to PSR, please read the "Parent Letter" on the homepage for a lot of pertinent information.
Regarding tuition, we have an online payment option available through PayPal. The cart is located at the bottom of theHome Page. Please note that if you choose this option, there is a small service charge. If you would rather pay by check, please make it payable to "OLS PSR," and mail it to us at 1728 Oxmoor Rd. Homewood, AL 35209. *** Registration deadline is August 15, 2011 !!!
