Registration for PSR is now open! Please click on "Registration Info and Forms" (left) to access the forms, which are submitted online. Deadline is August 9, 2010.
We will email you when we have received your form. If you do not hear from us by August 15th, you should assume that we have not received your form and you need to call us.
